Optional affiliate analytics

Analytics permission allows deduplicated referral visits, sanitized external source domains and approximate country evidence from a local DB-IP Lite lookup. No raw referrer paths or IP addresses are stored in affiliate evidence. Unknown historical evidence is not reconstructed. A short-lived redirect context carries only a sanitized domain to your consent decision. Reports suppress location groups smaller than five, and use public country centroids rather than visitor coordinates. The Lite dataset does not support reliable city/region detail here. The signed affiliate cookie expires after 30 days; declining clears it and stops further measurement. Previously consented aggregate evidence remains, independently of optional Advertising/Meta permission.

Optional Advertising / Meta measurement

Advertising / Meta is off by default. Only after explicit permission, and Analytics permission for affiliate attribution, an eligible marketer-owned Meta Pixel measures PageView and ViewContent on public land and rental listings. Exactly one active referring marketer is selected using the last eligible referral within 30 days. Direct, unattributed visits do not activate pixels.

The isolated measurement document shares only public listing identifiers/types and its clean measurement URL, not customer forms, identity, private URLs, query parameters or referral tokens. Meta receives browser/network information such as IP address and user agent when its library is loaded. Automatic matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Account, dashboard, payment, signing, worker and tokenized pages are excluded.

Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may ordinarily last up to 90 days; this site's sandbox blocks access to site cookies and storage. meta_advertising remembers the permission gate for up to 30 days; affiliate measurement evidence also expires after 30 days. No Meta library, image or request is loaded without the separate permission.

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice, or Reject Nonessential. Withdrawal stops further measurement and deletes accessible Meta cookies on this domain; we cannot erase previously delivered events or cookies held on Meta's own domains. Meta's processing is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. Marketers control their own pixel accounts; saving an ID does not verify ownership or event delivery.

Control: You can opt out by simply not checking the "Remember me" box when logging in. You can also log out at any time to clear all authentication cookies.
