Quiet hours
- Keep outdoor noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- No large parties or events
Smoking & vaping
- No smoking or vaping indoors
- Smoke only outside and use the ashtray provided
Pets
- Dogs allowed with prior approval
- Keep pets off beds and furniture
- Please clean up after pets in the yard
Guests & visitors
- Only registered guests may stay overnight
- Daytime visitors allowed with prior notice, up to max occupancy
Safety & desert awareness
- Keep doors and windows closed to help with AC and critters
- Follow posted rules for the arcade, fire pit, and outdoor areas
No weapons
- Firearms, guns, and ammunition are strictly prohibited
- No knives, crossbows, BB guns, or other dangerous weapons
- This policy protects all guests, especially families with children
Alcohol, drugs & cannabis
- No illegal drugs or substances of any kind
- Cannabis-friendly — outdoor use only (21+)
- Alcohol must be consumed responsibly by adults 21+
- Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors

great place to be completely away from your normal city life and a great breather for kids and family before the heckness of back to school. kids loved the pool and game room. home was clean and as described in bio had your basic essentials in restroom and kitchen. would definitely stay again sometime (:

The home was beautiful. I had a great stay with my family here and the host was very fast and responsive. The pool made the trip a delight. Also, the home has wide variety of DVDs with many classics which made for a fun movie night after being in the sun all day. I will definitely book my stay here again.

thank you Mazen for the awesome stay at your property. everything I wanted. not too many neighbors, open dirt road to ride the ATV's ( toys) around, great area with the pool and the mist. overall it was great. too bad it was a short stay.

Mazen is a great host! We needed to chat briefly and we reached out to him, he responded so quickly and helped take care of things. The place itself is a great spot to stay if you enjoy peaceful surroundings, a pool and spa and birds that grace the trees! This is definitely a Wonder Valley gem! I highly recommend this place.
