Great place to get away and unplug we will be back

Mazen’s place is amazing! Lots of fun for the kids in the Arcade. Close to north entrance of JTNP. Mazen’s very nice, even helped me with printing ! Will definitely return if we come back to JTNP in the future! Thank you Mazen!

If you're looking for a place to get away from IT ALL... look no further. This home is situated well away from civilization. The quietness is beautiful and the 360 vista is breathtaking. I spent a quick weekend out at the Desert Gem and got some much needed R&R.

Booked this home with mazen for my husband‘s birthday weekend we wanted to do something where the family can just be together spend time together relax and just have a fun time and unwind and we loved the home. The kids loved the home my sister brothers, brother-in-law, sister-in-law love the home we loved how peaceful and relaxing it was. You can see every single star in the sky and we loved that we seen a moon rise it was beautiful. We had a very fun weekend and there was a lot of space for all of us and he also has a lot of air mattresses which was a plus for us so we had plenty of room plenty of things to do as a family outside and we loved the tiki bar area wonderful it was like the best thing ever we had a great time. Great weekend don’t hesitate to book. He’s very friendly, answers all of your questions right away with no hesitation so don’t hesitate on booking this home for a great time. Thank you again we had a great weekend. Will definitely book again

The place was nice. Everything was at it was on the picture. We encountered a refrigeration issue, Host was quick to respond even on the 4th of July. We did loose some food that was bummer, he did offer to pay for the food if I hand it to him. I had already thrown it away. If you choose to stay here make sure you don’t take a lot of perishable items as host mentioned to me that the fridge doesn’t work well with a lot of food. Other than the fridge it was good stay.

The home was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets for a large group. I would recommend Mazen's home for anyone looking for peace and quiet in the desert!

Amazing stay! Mazen was a terrific host and we hope to be back!

The location is very remote but that was what we were looking for, relatively easy access to the North Entrance of Joshua Tree NP, just a further distance from the town of Joshua Tree.

This is our second time staying at Mazen’s property, It was my husband, son (9) and our dog. We decided to get away for my birthday weekend. The property is great and private it is gated off which was perfect for our dog to run around the home is exactly like the pictures. My family loved the arcade and hot tub after a long day of riding.When we arrived we noticed the birthday cake in the fridge! Thank you Mazen!! He responded quickly to any questions we had and even allowed my sister in law to stop by with her newborn baby for a few hours. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay :)

Mazen was very responsive we had a few questions and he responded quickly and sent Chris the maintenance person over for one item, Chris was very pleasant, polite and helpful.(minor stuff needed batteries for the remote)

This was a perfect place to take my son that is on a wheel chair, I was able to take him from the house to the gaming area cuz of the little walkway

This place was amazing and so much fun! we had such a great time! we will definitely be coming back!

Place was nice and secluded if you want to get some peace and quiet. Pool and jacuzzi was good to end our summer. I forgot my wallet there and host was nice enough to mail it back also.

(To no fault of the host) Do beware of the wildlife at night time, particularly there are lots of big insects that are attracted to the lights of the house. We saw crazy spiders and scorpions at night, although I believe the host already warns people of this. The spiders were a little scary, but also really cool to see. Also pretty cool driving to the house, because it’s almost like off-roading driving through the dirt paths.
