Mazen was great! This house is a MUST STAY! The spa and pool area is your own personal oasis. The house inside is updated with all new appliances and counter tops. We will be staying here again when we come back to 29 Palms.
This place is great for relaxation far from the city! Enjoy beautiful desert sunrise and sunsets and rest in the hot tub at night watching starry sky!
Great location. Close to the park. Had a fun time while there.
My friends and I booked this home because we signed up for a half marathon in Joshua Tree months ago. The half marathon ended up getting canceled but we decided to go to joshua tree anyways to run a informal half marathon since we've been training for months. Check in was nice and easy. It was a cozy place with air conditioning and I appreciated that it was in the desert so we had privacy. Also I appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms even though it was technically only a 2 bedroom house. There are 4 air mattresses but 2 of them would deflate as soon as you stopped inflating it so I recommend you bring your own just to make sure. However, there were plenty of other sleeping spaces available. We did have some unpleasant experiences with the neighbor. Like I said, we ran a half marathon and we started the run from the airbnb and it went into the night time. The neighbor complained to Airbnb that we were "wandering the desert with flashlights" and that we were going onto their property scaring them. There are no lights in the desert so we had to use flash lights to guide us at the end of the run. A couple of us running the half marathon accidentally walked up to the neighbor's house in the dark but quickly left after realizing it was not our airbnb. They also complained that we were "flagging down some people riding ATVs" in the distance. I didn't know we weren't allowed to try to say hi to people. Airbnb contacted us and we contacted the host to sort it out. Personally, I don't think the neighbors had any merit to complain and it wouldve gotten sorted out if they just asked us what we were doing. The host was very polite and understanding and so we were able to sort it out then. It was a very pleasant call.
Private location. Really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace! Mazen is very responsive and helpful.
Had a lovely stay at Mazen's place. Home was clean with nice amenities. Especially enjoyed its proximity to the park, the hot tub and starry nights!
Such a beautiful place to stay at. A perfect place for 8 people. It was my sister weekend and he left a cake in the fridge which was very thoughtful. House was clean and had plenty of sleeping places. The back area is amazing ! Will definitely come back !
A great spot, close to Oasis entrance into Joshua Tree. Loved the hot tub, pool, and fire pit area. House had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this place to others.
And Mazen as a host is unmatched, very communicative and thoughtful. We would definitely stay again!
Great place to enjoy silence and night skyline.
This is an awesome place to stay to get away from city lights and civilization. Deep enough in the desert to see the whole Milky Way galaxy, it is the perfect place for stargazing or sitting around the fire pit with friends. But not too far to get groceries or grab food. The outdoor bungalow is perfect with a massive above ground pool and a hot tub. With a breathtaking 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains and beautiful sunsets this is the best place to admire the beauty of nature.
if you’re visiting Joshua tree this house is a great spot where you have so much privacy. The pool and jacuzzi were an amazing touch! Mentioned it was my birthday and found a cake in the fridge with my name saying happy birthday! Such a personal touch! If we’re back in town we will definitely be staying again!
Wonderful place to get away! Very spacious and the pool is amazing!
Check in and out was super easy. The house was spotless and the pool/ hot tub area as well. We spent a lot of time outside, and there were a lot of benches around the property to use. There is 1 neighbor semi-close, unsure if it was also an air bnb, but there were 3 dogs outside that barked whenever they saw us.
A few months into the Covid pandemic, life was starting to feel like the movie Groundhog Day, so my husband and I decided to plan a safe getaway with our dogs for a few days. Mazen's place was just what we needed and the perfect place for a socially distanced escape from 2020!
