Had an amazing time. If you want to relax this is the place away from everything. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. A lot of space for the kids to play around. Everything we needed was in the house, that was helpful. Will be coming back.

If you want beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing times

One of the very few (if only) airbnbs in Joshua tree that offers an amazing pool, spa and seclusion. There are a few miles of dirt road to get to the place which was not at all hard to navigate with google maps. The views at sunset make this place worth it alone. Then you get the amazing starlight at night while you are hanging in the spa or by the fire in the front porch. The house itself is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There is a nice sized BBQ to have an outdoor cookout. My dog also loved all the open space to roam around. The kitchen amenities were a little sparse, so you may want to bring your own things so you know you have them. Otherwise, highly recommend the Desert Gem for a true J. Tree getaway in comfort.

I really wanted to experience the desert. This property is as close as you can get to a desert excursion but with a pool, jacuzzi and comfortable home in a very remote and quiet area. Highly recommended.

The airbnb was great! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The house was clean when we arrived, but don't recommend arriving there at night to check in. It's very dark and the last 15 minutes are on dirt roads.

5 fenced acres with the most amazing views! A huge sparkling clean pool, brand new jacuzzi, and a house that was better than the pictures! Mazen's properties are always excellent and I think we found our new favorite! 10/10 would recommend 🌟

The pool/jacuzzi area is a highlight. There's also a tabletop firepit which is a really nice touch. The home is very well kept. It feels cozy without the clutter of another family's belongings.

This is a fantastic place! The home is well equipped, and super clean. Lots of thoughtful touches and considerations, for example, 2 additional roll away beds - much more comfortable than an air mattress. HUGE gated property - fantastic for dogs to run around, and in a private and secluded spot in the desert. Definitely a great place to entertain. We will certainly be back!

Honestly Mazen has been the best host I have ever booked with. They were very attentive to all our needs. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was amazing and the jacuzzi was a plus!

Great house for privacy, tile floors that felt cool and easy to clean from all the potential dust. Pool area is enclosed so you feel clean and protected from the elements when you’re swimming. Just to be aware, 10 miles of dirt roads to the house and can easily miss entrance to property if arriving at night. WiFi is minimal but if you’re visiting the space you will want to enjoy the outside. Do grocery shopping prior to arrival because civilization is a solid 20+ miles both ways. Would visit again!

Mazen’s home is a wonderful space to getaway from the busy city. Three bedrooms, the master is very spacious. Extra air mattresses and rollaways. A huge pool! Would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

Great secluded place to stay with a group of friends/family. The pool and jacuzzi are great bonuses.

Desert Gem is a quiet getaway and has lovely views. It is remote but has everything you need such as a spa and swimming pool.

Mazen’s place is amazing! Myself and 5 others stayed at this property during a very hot weekend ( 106-110) the AC worked wonderful for the whole stay. The home itself was very comfortable, very spacious kitchen and rooms. The whole property is very large and open. The pool/spa area is very nicely decorated and gives a very relaxing ambiance. The views from the spa/pool port are beautiful during the day and a night. Kitchen was stock with most necessary cooking items and had very spacious cabinets. Will definitely stay here again.

Great away-from-it-all location, clean, large home, with huge 5 acre plot that our dogs just absolutely loved running around in.

3rd time staying at this place and i just cant get over the space, and the location. This is going to be my yearly desert trip spot.

Fantastic location. Off the track and all you need for a great couple of days in the wilderness.
